Groundwork, then mixed and laid on site
We dig out, build the sub-base and drainage, then the resin and stone are mixed on site and hand-trowelled smooth, with borders and patterns laid in as agreed.

Walk-round, cure times, then pay later
We walk the finished drive with you and tell you exactly when you can walk and drive on it. Payment is due two weeks after completion.

Yes. Resin bound surfacing laid on an open-textured base lets rainwater drain through, which normally satisfies the front-garden drainage rules without separate planning permission. We build the base and drainage to suit your plot.
Resin bound. The stone is mixed through the resin and laid smooth, so there is no loose gravel to scatter and it stays permeable. Resin bonded is a scatter finish that sheds stone over time, so we do not recommend it for driveways.
You can usually walk on it after about 24 hours and drive on it after about 48 hours, weather depending. We confirm the timings with your written quote.
You pay nothing up front. Payment is due two weeks after the job is completed, so you can see the finished work first.
